Air bag replaced I had an early morning appointment. When I got there I went in and Kyle was there, so I said are you the one that will be taking care of me. He said y I had an early morning appointment. When I got there I went in and Kyle was there, so I said are you the one that will be taking care of me. He said yes and introduce himself. I will truly miss Rob. I bought my car in 2007 and and Rob was awesome. Anyway Kyle was great, he explained what they would be doing , he had me sign and make your self comfortable since you will be waiting. I did and then I received a text from Kyle saying if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you Honda for such great care. The wait was not long. When I got home I told my husband about the great experience. He was very pleased as well. Thank you More

Best service experience at Regal I’ve been at Regal for over 10 years and every adviser is amazing. I recently had the chance to meet Alex in the GMC side since that is where my car w I’ve been at Regal for over 10 years and every adviser is amazing. I recently had the chance to meet Alex in the GMC side since that is where my car was schedule to be serviced. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I got to work on time as well as have my coffee returned to me when I left in the car with the transport person Calvin (who was great as well). excellent service. Stephanie, service representative, had my paperwork at hand and immediately the MDX was picked up to address a code flashed on the screen.
