Customer is immersed in BS. 2013 CRV in for oil change and SRS light problem. Gentleman stated a cost of $88 to "determine the reason" for the SRS light, repair procedure and cost of repair. Plugged adapter into vehicle computer and accessed the fault code (probably 10 minute evolution). Statement to me is that it was "probably" (not positive any more) a faulty "?" $408.51. After installation vehicle would be restarted and "see if the SRS light remains off". (still no longer positive). Next alternative would be to replace the SRS unit for 1000.31. I assume the new $408.51 unit would remain in the vehicle even though the removed unit was not the fault. I can only assume that if the second step failed to remedy the situation we could the try replacing doors or windshield. No thanks. We're looking to trade the CRV for new car but it won't be at Regal. More

This marks the first complaint I have for Regal Honda, all other experiences have been great. I borrowed my wife's SUV on Valentine's day as a surprise and took it in so it can get washed. I spoke with Kelly before going over and she said it would be $30 and 30 minutes. I dropped it off with Adam at 9:30. By 10:20 I replied to the automated text to Adam if it was ready and received no response. Again at 10:51, no response. I had to go to the cashier to see if she could help find Adam and track down why it was taking so long. Adam showed up and I gave it another 10-15 minutes because he explained that the detailed still had my wife's SUV. It was finally ready between 11:45-12:00, I can't remember. Come to find out, the price for the wash wasn't $30 but more like $49 plus $20, for two different services I guess. They had me pay $39.95 instead, so they cut me a break at least. It was 2.5 hours total time, and I was given bad information by Kelly on the cost and the wait time. Thankfully, the job was done well and I was able to get out of there in time to drop it back off at my wife's job before she got in it. It was meant as a surprise Valentine's day gift. I think Adam did his part, the cashier and detailer did as well, but it was all executed poorly and unfortunately for Kelly it all started with her. I told her specifically what I wanted done to the vehicle and she told me it would be $30. When I approached Adam about it, the car wash prices were right on his desk and I could see that everything was going to be much more expensive. More
