Bad experience on my last appointment Had an appointment for new tires setup a week in advance, my sick wife dropped our Odyssey van , and only a couple hours later I've got a phone call t Had an appointment for new tires setup a week in advance, my sick wife dropped our Odyssey van , and only a couple hours later I've got a phone call to tell me that the tires never got ordered by Regal!! So I went to another place, got a cheaper quote for a comparable tire, never got an offer to match that written quote, so I just went ahead and got my new tires today from somebody else ( about $200.00 cheaper ! ). I will have to go back to this place in the future because I bought an extended service ( warranty ), but only for that. Any major repairs I'm going to a different place, including my next new car purchase! Sorry! More

this is heathers wife linda I am the one who always takes the car! I am totally satisfied with the service I always receive from Honda. The only thing I have to say is why don't they keep the regular sized t the car! I am totally satisfied with the service I always receive from Honda. The only thing I have to say is why don't they keep the regular sized tires in stock for vehicles seems like we always have to wait on them..
