Focus of visit was not in keeping with our wishes. We wanted to have work done on our tires and have the recall notice taken care of. Instead we were told the timing belt was needing to be replaced. My husband had called Honda and was told it could be replaced at a later time. Rob insisted, now was the time. We had not budgeted for that and therefore, had to cancel the entire service. Took it to our local tire store and are having the tires ordered and replaced on Tuesday. In addition, we live an hour away. Was unable to bring truck in earlier. Had made arrangements to have rental car while truck was being serviced. Rob canceled this once the timing belt was not being replaced. We left as this did not allow us to have service completed due to the lateness of the day. Costly venture for us to have to get off work early, come up there (an hour away), then not have service done. Will be very cautious from this point on. More
