We bought our car from Regal Honda in 2016 and the car tint on the windows was coming off. Chrissy was able to get us in the next day. I live approximately 60 miles away from the dealership. I had contacted the dealership through the chat feature on the website and requested some cost information. I received a response from someone inside I had contacted the dealership through the chat feature on the website and requested some cost information. I received a response from someone inside the Internet group. I chatted with that person for about a day and requested some additional information. He was not very forthcoming with the information. Finally, I just drove to the dealership. I didn't really want to do that without the information because it was so far away.
