It’s clear that communication and follow-through were major issues, and I can understand how disappointing it must have been to feel forgotten. While I’m glad to hear that the truck itself was well done, the lack of customer care and organization you experienced certainly shouldn’t have happened. I’ll make sure this gets escalated so that this doesn’t happen again in the future.
