The oil change that I came in for went well, the tech that did the work seemed impressive in the way that all he was interested in doing was just that an oil change. However while waiting for the oil ch that did the work seemed impressive in the way that all he was interested in doing was just that an oil change. However while waiting for the oil change in your customer area I looked out side and noticed a tech who was sat in the car prepping was doing her job but, there was an employee who had no business being around my car was literally swinging on the driver side open door while chatting to said female tech!!! This is a 2004 C5 in as new condition with less than 4000 miles I literally shouted at him to get off!!!!! Please inform your employees to stay clear of cars they are not working on!!! Last time I was in for an oil change the rep put half a gallon of grease on the original floor carpet…. What is going on at your dealership?????!!!!!! More

Took 4 months to resolve the repair. After 2 months regal service did provide a loaner car. Cost of repair was very fair. Communication until Steve took over, I would rate a zero. I took my 2012 Corvette to Regal because service is usually good and fixed promptly. When I picked up my Corvette, the front was covered with love bugs and I could tell it had sat outside for 4 months. I cleaned love bugs off the front of the loaner before returning...thought it was proper. Thanks More

Scott has been trying to help me but so far no results. My remote stopped working about a month ago. It works find out of my garage but will not work in my garage therefore since I park my car in the gar My remote stopped working about a month ago. My other remote works fine. The one that doesn't work has worked ok for 2 years so can't figure out why it doesn't work now. More
