Regal Chevrolet has had my 2019 Cahllenger since the day I purchased it from thier Bartow Road used lot due to issues with the wiring and Ms. Guthrie refuses to return my calls. The car was defective the day I purchased it, took it back the day after I signed paperwork and they put a headlight in even though I advised them the headlight was not defective and worked when it wanted to, they delivered it to me with the headlight not working AGAIN, I sent it back and again, they replace the headlight assembly, I had previously advised them it was electrical not the headlight. They try to deliver it to me again, Headlight not working. I send it back again they replace the BCM. I get car it is fine for about 20 days and acts up again. Now they have had the car another 2 weeks telling me they cant duplicate the issue that they KNOW is an issue and now it is the "wiring harness and fuse block" NO KIDDING! I told them that from the get go. So now 9 weeks of the 3 months I've been paying for the car it has been on their lot and now thay tell me they are awaiting approval from the warranty company, even though it is not a warranty issue. They sold the car to me with the issue. Not pleased with this dealership and definetely not happy with Ms. Guthrie after many messages left and no response. All I want is the car Ive been paying for that has sat on theri lot more than my driveway!!! I should not be forced to wait for apprval form a warranty company for an issue that was ther pre sale. Misael and Sean from the Used lot have bene awesome and are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible but the service dept/Lisa Guthrie are dragging this along and I am on verge of seeking legal advice at this point, why should I be paying monthly payments and insurance because they sold ne a defective vehicle and they are sitting on it instead of doing everything hye can to get the car fixed and back to me ASAP More

I'm in the process of calling my extended warranty and explain this situation. Just regular driving my car would think I'm spinning the rear tires, when that happens it slows my car down. Regal said my stability control module/chassis module was bad. Regal Chevrolet said they got a code of P0606 well that code is for power control module (PCM). Had it actually been my chassis control module Regal would have got a code of P2868 but they didn't. Also worth noting, 3 months of owning my car, I've NEVER had any check engine lights. I went to two Chevrolet dealers and one corvette specialist shop in St. Pete. They all said/verified that if I had a bad chassis control module, my dash lights would have been lite up like a Christmas tree. Side note: Regal Chevrolets diagnostic fee is $189. Winter Haven Chevrolet was $135 and the Lake Wales dealer was $99. More
Had a couple issues with my truck with 15000 miles has whine in transmission was told normal but have same vehicle and transmission in a tahoe but no noise. Have a rattle in exhaust said could not duplicate but all they had to do is hit the exhaust flapper with hand and you wou have found it the flapper is broken. Most likely didn’t even check. I paid for a new vehicle so this stuff would be covered but they won’t fix it . More

It would have been easier to just light the money we spent with them on fire instead of taking our car to them 3 times for it to not be fixed. I do not recommend their service for lack of communication, spent with them on fire instead of taking our car to them 3 times for it to not be fixed. I do not recommend their service for lack of communication, poor customer service, and dishonesty. During our most recent experience we took the car in for the same issue 3 times and they never fixed it. The paperwork even said they drove it to make sure it was ok, but when we got it home, it was doing the same thing we took it in for. So in my opinion, you are likely to get taken advantage of here, find somewhere else. More
