We have had to return to the dealership several times for service to our vehicle. Every time one issue is fixed, they have created another. It seems to be never ending. I had an appointment which I made over the phone a week in advanced. I explained what service I needed. When I arrived, the staff was surprised when I explained what service I needed. I was questioned like in advanced. I explained what service I needed. When I arrived, the staff was surprised when I explained what service I needed. I was questioned like it was my fault they weren’t expecting me. Although I had an appt, I still had to drop off my car and didn’t get it back until 1.5 days later. I was told I would be contacted about the status Monday, but I had to reach out first to find out it was ready late Monday evening. Then when I came to pick it up, I was told to wait in the lobby so paper work could be finished while 5-6 service employees were sitting at the front not assisting any other customers. Not impressed. Treated rudely. Not coming back More
