After explaining that my elderly mother was in the car with me Ray took great care personally in making sure we got my mother back to her home and then bringing me safely to the dealership. Good experience as always Chrissy took great care of me as usual. She was very friendly and explained everything to me. When my car part had to be ordered, she notified me righ Chrissy took great care of me as usual. She was very friendly and explained everything to me. When my car part had to be ordered, she notified me right away and got me in a very nice rental soon after. I will be requesting her each time I come in for service for now on. The only thing I could say was not satisfying is my car is usually cleaned and vacuumed with even the smallest of services but it was not this time.
