Tire Purchase Notified Ray I had a bad tire via phone. Told me to come to Express to get checked out. Immediately approached when arrived. Disappointed with Length of Time Took almost 3 hours for oil change, tire rotation and to check for a leak from air conditioner. I received text from service person Tim that said to text him anytime during service.after 2hours I texted to find out why it was taking so long. No reply . 30 minutes later I texted again ang got no reply. I looked for him and was told he was at lunch. Had to get my wonderful sales person Mike Greenhow to find my car. Then Tim replied. Then he came to tell me my car was ready. This was subpar from my usual experience at Regal service. Tim was very friendly when checking me in but was all business when getting me to the cashier. He knew I wasn’t happy with not being able to contact him. Also cashier never said a word to me except sign here. Very ho hum. More
No wiper fluid I recently came to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation when I arrived to the service department I specifically stated that I w I recently came to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation when I arrived to the service department I specifically stated that I was out of wiper fluid and I asked would the wiper fluid be replaced. The answer I received with “yes, we will replace the wiper fluid.” When I got home I remembered that I needed my wiper fluid replenished so I checked and to my surprise the fluid was still empty. No one had addressed the wiper fluid therefore no one probably checked to see if it was low or empty for that matter. I was very disappointed with this. The service rep, Tony was very nice and professional however whoever serviced my car disappointed me because there may be other things that needed to be checked that weren’t. More
