Work requested not shown as done. Service adviser never called to indicate whether or not vehicle was ready. Customer called 3 times and left on hold 2 of those times without anyone answering. I waited a little over 4hours for my service. This was unacceptable since it only included an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall of the airbag inflator.
