Great service overall. However greeting customers when you first pull up can definitely improve. Customer should not have to flag down service advisor to report issues with the car. I’ve used Regal since I bought my car in 2012. I’m used to personable, friendly service advisors (Tim, Kyle, Ray) who explain everything clearly to a non-mechanical brain.
