Appointment system totally inadequate. I waited 30 minutes just to check in. A 2.5 hour fuel pump change took 4 hours. I waited another 30 minutes for my car because my rep was on the phone. The service was great. Jessica was very helpful. Unfortunately the dealership was short staffed that day and the next so I had to wait over 2 hours both visits.
