They did not recognize my $20 coupon. The email I received said nothing about it being for females only. What good is it to have a multi-point inspection done and printed out where you can not interpret the results. The report was supposed to show in color the results. The report printed out was in black and white. Reading the report in black and white showed I had some problems when in fact the opposite was true. I have a color laser jet printer that cost me less than $300. You would think large car operation could offered that amount. I bought my Acura here and have always had my service here but this was the worst experience I ever had. More
