Appointment system totally inadequate. I waited 30 minutes just to check in. A 2.5 hour fuel pump change took 4 hours. I waited another 30 minutes for my car because my rep was on the phone. The service was great. Jessica was very helpful. Unfortunately the dealership was short staffed that day and the next so I had to wait over 2 hours both visits. My service advisor, Levi was excellent as was the tech who did the repairs. My AC was blowing cold on the passenger side but warmer on the driver side. The tech diagnosed it quickly, while I waited, as lo who did the repairs. My AC was blowing cold on the passenger side but warmer on the driver side. The also found that my battery needed replacement. I was pleased with the low pressure approach and the pricing was good. I have bought several cars from Regal over the past 20 years and had them service my vehicle many times. They are good people. More
