My service advisor, Levi was excellent as was the tech who did the repairs. My AC was blowing cold on the passenger side but warmer on the driver side. The also found that my battery needed replacement. I was pleased with the low pressure approach and the pricing was good. I have bought several cars from Regal over the past 20 years and had them service my vehicle many times. They are good people. More
