I took my ‘19 Acura MDX for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection as part of regular scheduled maintenance. Chrissy Hartman was my service advisor and she provided great service. She was friendly and and inspection as part of regular scheduled maintenance. Chrissy Hartman was my service advisor and she provided great service. She was friendly and was attentive and well informed to help me with my questions. I was going to take the shuttle back to my house however she informed me the service would be done in about the same time I’d make it home and get back to pick up the Acura so I decided to stay and wait. True to her word it was ready in about 1 hour as she stated. The price was fair and I would recommend Chrissy for your Acura service. More

They were extremely busy and the service tech advised me that it would be approximately 3 hrs for my car to be finished and gave me the option to reschedule. I chose to wait.
