My husbands name is Gerald Bennett, he purchased his Acura from your dealership in Dec. 2020. He made an appointment for an oil change, just a plain old oil change. Interesting, he drives 1 hour to your dealership, this is loyalty. Anyway, I was with him …. He was told he should have his differential oil changed also. After waiting for 1 hour past our appointment time, he inquired as too how long we would need to continue waiting. He was told another 45 minutes, they were going to rotate his tires. We were not aware of a tire change. While he is patient, I said no. We. Didn’t ask for a tire change. Not a pleasant experience
