Service department not friendly when working with female costumers. They expect females to understand the mechanics of repairs. Really dont like when you tell them you cant afford to get your repairs done. More

We hate to hear that our staff was not able to explain the needed repairs properly. Call our Customer Service Manager Alaina Southern at 863-333-4633 and she would be happy to look into the needed repairs. We understand funds are not always available especially for an unexpected repair and have several things set up in place to help our customers.
