I came in on my lunch time from work and despite being extremely busy, my service advisor listened to my concerns and prioritized my service appointment. I was driving from Orlando to Tampa to take the bar exam and had an emergency with my car. I called the nearest dealership to see if anyone could help me and spoke with Ray. I was having an issue with my car vibrating when I drive then stop , so they fix the rear brakes but it was still doing it ,so they had me bring it back and made sure I didn’t leave until the vibrating stop then stop , so they fix the rear brakes but it was still doing it ,so they had me bring it back and made sure I didn’t leave until the vibrating stopped , I am so happy now , my car is running good, no more vibration.
