I was driving from Orlando to Tampa to take the bar exam and had an emergency with my car. I called the nearest dealership to see if anyone could help me and spoke with Ray. Although the service department was very busy that day, Ray had me come in and he quickly fixed the issue. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was having an issue with my car vibrating when I drive then stop , so they fix the rear brakes but it was still doing it ,so they had me bring it back and made sure I didn’t leave until the vibrating stop then stop , so they fix the rear brakes but it was still doing it ,so they had me bring it back and made sure I didn’t leave until the vibrating stopped , I am so happy now , my car is running good, no more vibration.
