When I called and asked for Acura service they transferred me but nobody answered the phone it just rang and rang, I tried 2 days in a row I had to call Chrissy my service advisor and she answered transferred me but nobody answered the phone it just rang and rang, I tried 2 days in a row I had to call Chrissy my service advisor and she answered right away. They need to have someone offer to call you back or put you on hold just a suggestion. More

The service took 5 hours a month ago for oil change and tire rotation along with a brake flush ($153.62) This time 4/1/2 hours for tire rotation and alignment ,,brake flush, change the oil again?? and c tire rotation along with a brake flush ($153.62) This time 4/1/2 hours for tire rotation and alignment ,,brake flush, change the oil again?? and change the filters. ($886.81) which $500 was labor.???? I don't know why the tires were rotated twice?/ neither time was my car washed, and the second time on the way home diagnostic was on sport, i always have it on Comfort, I had no cruise control. On the 1st time my heads up was on km instead of mph??? More
