Rachel, Thank you for your feedback, but it seems your grievance should be with Maus. Dealer trades are at the dealers discretion and as you know that specific car is somewhat rare in the area. Maus is also the one that led you to believe that the car was worth 3k less than it actually was. Our records show that none of the above mentioned benefits that Maus was claiming to include, would be a part of the sale from our dealership and were not promised by anyone. Hi! I can happily provide the screenshots with Troy who told me that the benefits would be matched. After I left your dealership, I went back to Maus where I was able to purchase the car for "3k less than it was actually worth" AND the free maintenance. I got an amazing deal with Maus. What a waste of time it was ever dealing with you all.
