I waited a little over 4hours for my service. This was unacceptable since it only included an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall of the airbag inflator. Ray Taylor is at the top in terms of knowledge and sincerity in seeing that you have a positive experience. Troy Carter in Sales is very response and helpful, as was Pedro (didn't get his last name) who closed me out in just a few minutes with what appeared to be thorough knowledge of the material and procedure.
