I am gonna be honest here, It feels like every time I take my ILX in for something, Something is broken or done wrong. First, the tint on it was done in such a way that left streaks in between the Glass take my ILX in for something, Something is broken or done wrong. First, the tint on it was done in such a way that left streaks in between the Glass and Tint and they only fixed the driver's side door and left my rear window with streaks. And then when I took my car in and had the interior lighting done I guess the tech broke my lock that is used for locking the gas/Trunk release down by the driver's side. I still haven't gotten a call of when the part will be in or when they will be fixing it. I understand things happen but they seem to happen almost every single time I have to use this service department. Just a really frustrating experience. More
