After my vehicle was serviced she came to the waiting Room and explained all the charges. Even though it takes me 40 minutes to get to this dealership I will continue to do business with them because of their friendly, efficient service. They do things right the first time and I feel they appreciate my business. More

This was our first time on an Acura dealership lot. We had spent most of our time browsing at Dodge and Honda, but we bought an Acura on the spot when we arrived. Brandon was very helpful from the beginning test drive experience, all the way until the purchase and deal was complete. He even provided his cell phone to ensure that we were satisfied. Since we bought a 2020 Acura MDX late at night, we returned back to get the car detailed. Ken, the manager, and Brandon were both very helpful again, offering water, and picking me up in the golf cart. Pedro the finance guy was super helpful and easy to work with as well. We just had a horrible experience at Lakeland Toyota because we were in the market for two car and we initially purchase friendly and knowledgeable.
