I came into this dealership knowing exactly the car I wanted. I took the car for a test drive and to double down on my purchase decision. loved the driving experience so much that I put a deposit to hold wanted. It was near closing time and I would not have enough time to finalize the purchase, so I made an appointment to come back over the weekend. I basically fell into the lap of the sales representative and she was so indifferent towards me. I ignored the subpar customer service because I figured it was late and I'd be back anyway. Before I left, the sales person informed me the details of financial institution that I had been approved with and the interest rate and loan term. I went home and shopped for a new insurance coverage policy and entered the financial institution information that the sales representative had provided. The next day, she texts me to let me know that when setting up insurance, to provide the right lien holder information- and it turns out it was a completely different bank. Not knowing if I should trust what this sales person was telling me, I decided to call the business operations manager to get the information directly from the person who might know best. He confirmed that I was approved through Bank B and not Bank A. I explained that I had used Bank As information for the insurance since that's what the sales person had told me before. He deflected and said that the sales person wouldn't know which bank I was approved with. I let it go and figured I'll just fix the bank info with the insurance company, easy enough. I then received a call from sales person, she was erratic and accused me of lying to the business operations manager about the incorrect information she had provided me. I explained to her that she had explicitly told me, in person, who the approving bank was, the loan term, and APR and that I couldn't possibly have imagined the information she relayed. Instead of admitting that she had made a mistake, she continued to huff and puff at me, and even raised her voice at me as if I were a child. At that point, I'd had enough- I really wanted the car I had picked out but I could not work with someone so unprofessional. I requested to conduct business with another representative who might treat me better and she continued to huff at me. She said her manager would be calling me back and rudely hung up on me. At this point, it breaks my heart because I really loved the car I picked out, but I'm debating if I should conduct business with such rude and unprofessional people. More

I was ready to buy a new forestor and was appalled on how many “fake” fees they added to the final price. After being told they wouldn’t negotiate, salesman made a commented “you should look at something low many “fake” fees they added to the final price. Pulled in the lot ready to buy a WRX for my 16 year old. Salesman came out and we told him we were looking for a used one. He said we only have new stock. He walked back into the dealership in front of the big glass window and started playing on his phone. The whole interaction took less than 30 seconds and then we left! More
Terrible people at subaru So I found a car at Reeves Subaru my salesman was Adrian do not trust him!!! signed all the paperwork they were kind of pushing on me cause they got So I found a car at Reeves Subaru my salesman was Adrian do not trust him!!! signed all the paperwork they were kind of pushing on me cause they got already another customer to buy it,but it was their fault,I even put a deposit to hold the car I signed all the paperwork but I gave them my papers from the bank they said need more confirmation,what more I gave you everything,by the end I found another car from Acura and now a month later still no deposit back and they keep feeding me with tomorrow or in couple days they will put the money back, and do not trust salesman Adrian he is not professional at all Update so you can check they told me if I have any problems to send them an email I texted them no response joke but no customer service plus they stole my money More
Sad experience. They didn’t seem to care about us they were knowledgeable. We left and visited three other dealerships and a couple online found what we wanted immediately and have three offers from three dealerships within the price range that we were looking for. Reeves did not show they care about as customers. When the sales person saw that we were going to except the offer in the middle of everything he left to deal with another customer. No love from that Subaru dealer. I had previously taken my Subaru there for all my service but I will not anymore. More
Great Customer Service! Had to send my college-age student to this dealership to get his 2005 Subaru Legacy repaired. It was making some awful noises and I worried that he might be taken advantage of. Andy from the service department called me with an estimate and explanation of the work to be done. He was smart, courteous, and very thorough. They took great care of my car and my son. We will always take the car there in the future for any needed repairs or work. In addition, their service team is the most customer service oriented department you can find. We bought a car from the last October and a few days ago we started having engine problems. When a dealer closer to our home would not cover the repairs, reeves was more then happy to fix the car under our warranty and give us a rental. We could not be happier with this dealership and we will definitely buy cars from them in the future. More
