I SHOULD STILL BE IN LOVE AND IN THE HONEYMOON STAGE!! I WISH I had read some of these reviews before stepping FOOT on the Reedman car lot!! I actually researched the vehicle I purchased! The salesman had NO idea it was on the lot and it took him several days to find it (because it was not on the lot stated) Long story short, I was LIED TO by the salesman and the van was NOT given the oil change or tune up he said it was given!! I have found out that there needs to be about $1500 worth of repairs done on this piece of junk! Called salesman, executives in the office, parts department, WITH NO HELP!!Now, after only 5 months, I am looking at having to get a new transmission, new brakes and rotors, the car was in an accident and the paint had begun to peel not a MONTH after purchasing it! After a month of having it, I had to take it for an oil change! Then a month or so later...transmission flushed, another month or so tire pressure sensor changed (making my 3rd trip for this repair in a couple of days!) I am about to check into the LEMON LAW!! The WORST experience EVER!! And it seems NEVER ENDING!! I could NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
Worst Service Dept ever! Bought a brand new 2014 Ram 1500 sport in Feb 2014, absolutely the best service ever, actually bragged about it to my family and friends. September 11 2014 I dropped my truck off for service on the Sirius radio. They gave me a rental free of charge since my truck is brand new, first car they gave me was a xxx, dirty not sold in the US, returned it and was then offered a chevy with a smashed in front side, I drop off a brand new truck and this is what I was offered, finally got a somewhat decent car. Never received a phone call so i called them and the tech tells me, " they drove it for 2 miles nothing cut out" i told him to drive it again. He calls back saying we took it on 95 and it cut out 13 times. From that day until Monday September 15,2014 the service team never called me to let me know what was going on with my truck. On Monday at 5:08pm I get a call stating my truck is fixed and ready for pick up, I get there and the lady says its fixed but 2 stations are still cutting out there's nothing we can do. Really!?!?!? a brand new 50k truck and you cant fix it, so I'm already pissed about the service and still my truck isn't fixed after 4 days. My boyfriend looks around my truck and someone at Reedmans hit my truck and there is a ding and paint missing, now I'm furious, I entrusted Reedmans to treat my property with respect. So now its 9/17/14 and I haven't received any phone calls still from Reedmans. I will never ever ever purchase a vehicle from Reedmans ever again. There service is a disgrace. More

Possibly Worst Customer Service Experience Ever For the past few weeks I have received advertisements to turn in our lease early and get in a new lease with various dealerships. Because I had the le For the past few weeks I have received advertisements to turn in our lease early and get in a new lease with various dealerships. Because I had the lease through Reedman Toll after having a very pleasant sales experience with a guy by the name Dave (leased a Mazda), I thought I would try to remain loyal and give my business to them again. Upon calling I found out the sales person I initially had no longer worked there. Despite that I decided to try and work with Reedman Toll. I saw a great deal for a Jeep Patriot. It was priced at $179 (sign and drive). When I got my official quote back it was $246 ( I was later told it was because the original model was no longer available and this is an upgraded version). Being upset I called. The sales manager I talked with was incredibly rude and said we have to term out your lease and it will be closer to $260. This being told to me after I had several conversations indicating to me that my current lease will not change the number and they would buy it out. So despite the incredibly rude sales manager I tried to work with Reedman Toll some more. My main contact the entire time was Lauren Reed. She could not have been more helpful. She forwarded the situation along to a different sales manager and I received a new WRITTEN quote for $219 a month for the upgraded Jeep Patriot. It was again reiterated to me that this number takes into consideration I have a current lease with this dealership. So this brings me to the day I walk into the dealership. We meet with one of the salesmen I spoke with on the phone, Gary Lazar. From the second we started talking I didn't have a good feeling about him. He seemed completely disinterested and rude. The high point of the entire experience was the test drive. After that we sat down to (at least in our minds) finalize everything since we already received a monthly lease quote. Well Gary came back and told us the monthly lease would be $281 ($100 higher then the advertised offer and $60 a month higher then what I was quoted). Everything was so matter of fact with him and no willingness to get to find a resolution despite the number of previous assurances I received. The Floor manager then came over to tell me the same exact thing and was just as rude as Gary. I don't remember his name as I was so fed up at that point. All in all I was completely misled and treated extremely poorly. My wife said the one consolation was we were convinced to never deal with Reedman Toll again. Once our lease is up we will pay them whatever overcharged price they try to get us for and move on. Not only that but I work in the immediate area where this dealership is located and have clients that often ask me for various information including dealerships, among other things. Based on my experience with Reedman Toll, not only will I not recommend them but I will make sure my clients are aware of their poor customer service and misleading business practices. I have had a lot of bad experiences in my life with other businesses and this by far takes the cake. I never post these reviews but this entire scenario played out so poorly I had to. Service department without a clue I brought my car in for multiple issues.From steering to exhaust to interior and my link.Genius tech wrote on all issue that no problem found all is n I brought my car in for multiple issues.From steering to exhaust to interior and my link.Genius tech wrote on all issue that no problem found all is normal and no steering codes.Well I have a Rs with Hydraulic stering and would have a code.Only SS models would show a code.Visors he claimed the 2014 doesnt come with them yet its a federal law!I asked for someone else carlos and he confirmed a bad exhaust,binding steering rack and visors not meeting NHSTA rules.He ordered parts and a week later installed them.Exhaust was great but steering was all over the road and hard to steer.Tom looked at the car and claimed carlos the lead Tech overfilled the steering fluid and never aligned the car.He ordered an air bag module and said hed look more into the steering!Waiting for parts the steering snapped and flid ruied my new concrete.He the had to order a racj,pump,resvior too.Shawn never had the decency to tell me the car would be in for a week!After anothe 150 miles the car had to go back for a severe clunking insteering through floor boards and whinig knicking noises,He claims the engine is pinging and that he had to fix a line hitting the steering rack boot.I guess he never checked his work.Jimmy ried to get me to sign fradulent paperwork where Tom lied because when we drove the car he ackknowleged the noise and said he didnt know what they were!This guyis just a desk person and driving now because he cant work on cars so what the heck is doing messing with mine.Five vists and they still never did any paperwork for Gm.I was now told by Tom that per management and General Motors no more repairs could be made because i filed a lemon law case because this car is dangerous!I am a ownwer of multiple gen 5 camaros and know how the sound and feel!They only want to work if you pay 110/hr labor!Very poor dealership with no respect! Fraud Inspection Sticker Purchased a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. The inspection sticker showed it was inspected when they received the car (according to car fax). However, when I looked at the car there was a crack in the windshield, bad vibration, oil not changed (dirty oil) and a fluid leak. The claim they changed the oil but it still had the reminder sticker from where the previous owner took it. Keep in mind the car was already inspected. They did address the issues of the vibration (needed new rotors) and the crack in the windshield. However I was told they "fixed" the fluid leak just to come to find out the "cleaned" the fluid leak. I again took it back and WOW they fixed the leak. Besides the fluid leak this should have never been put on the lot with an inspection sticker since most of the items are PA Inspected related. Since the sticker was just "thrown" on the car I decided to have an independent mechanic review the car. Not to my surprise the car needs ball joints. Another inspected related item that should have been fixed. Spoke to upper management and they are unwilling to fix that problem. They are stating they has their best mechanic go through the car. The problem I have is that my extended warrantee company will prob refuse the claim because it is an inspected related item that should have been fixed at the dealership. Another issue is when I purchased my 2012 Camaro off of them I noticed on the certified paperwork that everything was just checked off as the mechanic did it in one swipe. After I had the car for about a month a notice a bad smell coming out of the vents. Come to find out that the cabin filter was never replaced, but it claims it was on the report. Too much sneakiness from Reedman. Even after speaking to my attorney they say it sound like they put profit before safety. Please take caution when buying a used car off of Reedman Toll. Also, I would advise not test driving the car on their test track as you will not get the real feeling for the car in real traffic. Good Luck! More

Brought my new Forrester in for mounting of wind deflector/ rain shields . Over 2 hours for a job that should take no more than 1/2 hour .Customers that came in after me and had Oil changes , tires deflector/ rain shields . Over 2 hours for a job that should take no more than 1/2 hour .Customers that came in after me and had Oil changes , tires rotated were finished before my car was done . Was told by service personnel that molding needed to be removed to install the rain shields. I've installed these on other cars & it took 5-10 minutes once package was opened. I see there are supports mounted in the molding channel , but I can't believe the time to do this . More
I am so furious with this dealership. My fiance and I took our 4 year old daughter with us to get a vehicle that we seen online. He said he would call us back in an hour to sign the rest of the paper work. So we call back an hour later and they sold it on us!!!!!! Their excuse was they don't hold vehicles for anyone. We didn't ask for it to be held!!! We were in the process of buying it!!! Really messed up. I will make sure no one I know goes to this place. I will spread this post all through social media and beyond. By gaining an extra $1000 in sales they just lost 20 times that in future customers. More
I went to this dealership looking at a used car based on the price online, when i got there they told me they could not find the car with that price when the finally found the car it was $4,000 more and the the price online, when i got there they told me they could not find the car with that price when the finally found the car it was $4,000 more and the sales persons tried to lie to me saying it was because I needed to put money down pointing to a finance option not the price of the car, He then told me that he can not honor that price and that the price on their website my sometimes be wrong and he can not honor the price. I will never go there again for any car it was a scam and he was not nice about it at all!! More
