I’m already in contact with a Sarah and she’s not very much help. They have had my car all day and no call about how they are going to resolve this fully. The customer service at Redman Toll continues to be horriable. I pay Reedman Toll extra with my monthly car payment and it’s been pointless. I wish I never got the extended warranty (waste of money). When I asked Sarah how to get out of the warranty because it’s not doing anything for me but giving me a headache she stated, “ I don’t know anything about that you have to contact finance”. I worked retail 10 years and know if the company screwed up (which they did), you go above and beyond to help the customer. They don’t do that at Reedman Toll.

We expressed my displeasure the night We bought my car however it was known our hands were tied therefore we were taken full advantage of. Ive reached out to your higher mgmt multiple times with no response. So now I will post my experience all over social media and reviews... you dont care neither do we😊 I honestly thought for all the headaches we encountered & time lost from work & spent at your dealership they would have at least thrown in the warranty... no instead we got a free detail from a mgr handwritten on a salesmans card... real professional!
