Do they sell defective "NEW" cars? Reedman delivered a "brand new" 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to my home and put it in the driveway. Next morning, I go out to drive my new vehicle for the Reedman delivered a "brand new" 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to my home and put it in the driveway. Next morning, I go out to drive my new vehicle for the first time, I start it up, AND IT CATCHES FIRE under the drivers seat. If not for my quick thinking and reaction, the vehicle would have exploded and burned, or worse yet, I could have been roasted alive. The underside of the drivers seat was burned and the vehicle smelled terrible. I immediately called my leasing company who told me that Reedman will not take back their "brand new" $46,000+ vehicle and swap it for another one. I then spoke to Rob Conte (or Conti), a belligerent man who was adamant that he would not stand behind the new vehicle they sold & delivered, and that it was MY responsibility to have it fixed by Jeep. Everyone knows that if the supermarket sells you a defective can of peas, you bring it back and they refund or exchange. They don't say too bad it's your responsibility to deal with DelMonte. Same with a new TV that you bring home and it doesn't turn on. The store refunds or exchanges, and doesn't direct you to Panasonic. Anyway, after going back and forth with the dealer and the leasing company, filing a complaint with the PA Attorney General, and contacting every review site I could find, the dealership relented and delivered me a new vehicle. End of story, right? Wrong. I got in my NEW Jeep from Reedman, and lo and behold, the tailgate does not close properly, as if the body is misaligned (perhaps there was a collision and/or undisclosed bodywork was done?). Reedman was contacted again, and the best they offered was not an apology or a credit or some other token to satisfy me, but to drive my vehicle 90 miles back to the dealership to fix, and then drive it back to me again another 90 miles, and who knows when it would be done while I'm stuck without a car? So I decided to take the vehicle to my local Jeep dealer for warranty work. We'll see what they find out. Unless I have the world's worst luck, I am starting to believe that Reedman passes off used, defective, or damaged vehicles as new. Beware! More

Twilight Zone I leased my NEW 2018 Jeep Compass from Reedman Toll Langhorne in April of 2018. The first several months were fine. Beginning November 2018 until this I leased my NEW 2018 Jeep Compass from Reedman Toll Langhorne in April of 2018. The first several months were fine. Beginning November 2018 until this very moment (December 2019) my car has had to be serviced six different times for seven different issues, all under warranty. My car is currently at the service center being serviced for a faulty airbag sensor. How nice, huh? Let us see, the most traumatizing issue with my car is when the emergency brake engaged on its own while I was driving on a major highway. Imagine driving on the highway at 60-70 mph and your car coming to a screeching stop on its own in the middle of the highway. Cars behind you slamming on their brakes to avoid crashing in to my car and me and my friend realizing our only option is to exit the vehicle and run across 3 lanes of traffic to the shoulder to avoid being slammed into and potentially suffering severe injuries and possibly even dying. Other issues include more brakes issues, steering issues, camera issues, horn issues, gear shifter issues and the latest airbag sensor issues. So, I have spoken to several employees at the dealership to attempt to get myself out of this death trap of a vehicle. You know, I am only in my 30s, I would prefer not to die yet. I was told my only option is to return my lease early and get into a new car; however, be responsible for the money still owed on my car. So that means the money owed would roll over into my new car payment making it about a $600-$700 payment. HOW ABOUT NO! The first time I spoke to someone was after my second or third visit (after my near death highway experience). I am on visit six now and I am still being told that nothing can be done. Besides my life being on the line every time I drive my car because who knows what issue is going to happen, I pay $300 plus dollars every month for a defective vehicle. I lose money out of my check or waste my vacation time because I have to take time off of work to travel 35-40 minutes to and from (depending on traffic) to have my vehicle serviced over and over again. I lose money out my pockets because now I have to return a rental car with a full tank of gas each time. This does not include the money I spend on the gas while driving the rental car for like a week each time because the Jeep Service Department is made up of INCOMPETENT service advisors and technicians. Let’s discuss the Jeep Service Department. My first car issue was the clock spring in my steering wheel being defective and needing to be replaced. After having my car for almost a week, I don’t hear anything from anyone in the service department. I call them and I am told my car has been done for about a day. So I leave work EARLY to make sure I get there before they close and I get my car back. I’m driving home and I hear the same noise that my steering wheel was making in the first place. I take my car up there the next day and was told I don’t know why your car was given back to you because the part is on back order and your car was never serviced. Okay, so you’re telling me that I was driving around with an improperly working, still damaged steering wheel, AGAIN, on the highway. For those of you who don’t know the clock spring is what stops your steering wheel from just spinning in circles. It’s what allows your steering wheel to turn left and then back to the right without it making a full circle. ARE YOU KIDDING ME Jeep Service Department. I’ve NEVER had a GOOD experience with Jeep Service Department. Every time I’ve been there they somehow found a way to SCREW UP. This week I took my car there on Monday morning. I was informed Monday evening that the airbag sensors were bad and new parts had to be ordered. I was told my car would be done Wednesday evening. I did not hear back from anyone (AS ALWAYS) informing me my car was done so I called them around 4:00pm on Wednesday. A service advisor told me your car is being worked on and will be done by close of business and that I can come the following morning to pick up my car. I go there, return the rental car, walk over to the service department only to be told, “I don’t know why you were told your car is done because it’s not. The tech who is supposed to work on your car doesn’t even come in to the afternoon.” UMM WHAT JEEP???? I feel like I am in the xxxx twilight zone every time I step into Jeep Service Center. Nobody ever knows anything and let’s not start on Lynette, the Customer Service Manager. Lynette speaks to customers as if they are stupid. She does nothing but lie and back track her “stories” every time you prove she is lying. Something needs to be done about the ENTIRE Jeep Service Department and someone needs to reach out to me and rectify my issue. More

Absolute worst service center that exists. This is now the 3rd instance I’ve had with them. I brought my car in for an inspection on a Saturday which I had an appt for almost 2 weeks. I dropped This is now the 3rd instance I’ve had with them. I brought my car in for an inspection on a Saturday which I had an appt for almost 2 weeks. I dropped my car off at 7 am before they opened. Put keys in their drop box. I called at 4:30 PM to see if I could get my car. They had no idea where my car was or what I was talking about. The guy never checked the lock box and told me it’s not his problem!!!! I kept asking him to get it done now and he just kept saying “nah”, “nope”. It’s just horrible business etiquette. And if you send your car their for anything more than an oil change, it will take a week just to get it back since they never know what’s going on. More
BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE MY LIFE! I have never enjoyed car shopping and I've often joked that i would rather tolerate a visit to the dentist! All that changed last week when i went to I have never enjoyed car shopping and I've often joked that i would rather tolerate a visit to the dentist! All that changed last week when i went to Reedman Toll Auto World and met a gentleman by the name of John Saad. John politely greeted my wife and I when we entered the showroom and showed us around the facility until i found the truck that i wanted. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and their features and took his time explaining them. He helped us relax and enjoy the experience. We were never pressured and John took the time to answer our questions and offered his opinions. He helped us decide which extended warranty option made the most sense based on our driving habits, Our finance manager, John Brecht; explained our contract thoroughly and got us on our way. If you need a new car or truck go to Reedman Toll in Langhorne and ask for John Saad. He is the best AND you will have a car buying experience like never before. More
Bought a Jeep Compass. One visit and left with a new car Salesman Jonathan Watson was excellent. Remained till 10:30 pm showing us features of the car. I'VE BOUGHT DOZENS OF VEHICLES IN MY LIFETIME A Salesman Jonathan Watson was excellent. Remained till 10:30 pm showing us features of the car. I'VE BOUGHT DOZENS OF VEHICLES IN MY LIFETIME AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES. HERE'S WHY. We stopped in on a Wed at 5:00 pm. Word of advice: Visiting the dealer at a low volume time like this helps you to receive better service (and a lower price) than on a Saturday afternoon for example. Do this and you are helping yourself s the dealer has a daily sales quota and you can get a lower price by helping them to meet a daily quota. Next, have your research done before arriving. This is a high volume dealership. No reason to waste their time on deliberating or test driving. Do this at another dealer and save thousands at Reedman Toll by walking in with your car selected, knowing the stock number from the internet and be ready to purchase the same day. We walked in and Jonathan asked...if I can give you a fabulous price, can you take it home tonight. Not tomorrow but tonight. This was 5:00 PM though I had a check ready and responded "absolutely". As a result, I saved thousands. Jonathan will do everything he can to maximize discounts available to you and the manager "Matt" will go even further. but you need to commit to a same day purchase. If possible, select a vehicle that has been on the lot the longest, like 100 days and they will maximize the discounts available. In summary, I got a new car with zero miles for less than another dealer, Chapman wanted for the exact same car with mileage and a prior owner. Again, don't waste their time. Be prepared to buy on same day...tell them that with clear certainty and you will be rewarded by saving thousands and having a great experience.. I would cal l the dealer and ask when Jon Chapman will be scheduled to work and then ask for him when you arrive, Best salesman ever. More
