Terrible customer service..especially in service and repairs Jerry McDaniel is one of the worst customer service reps I've ever encountered. He clearly doesn't care about his job or the experience of the custome Jerry McDaniel is one of the worst customer service reps I've ever encountered. He clearly doesn't care about his job or the experience of the customers who come in for service. Every time I have to interact with him, he is rude, does not communicate well, and is terrible at giving time estimates. More
Horrible service Unfortunately, once again, I can not leave zero stars. Therefore, it's a one star rating. About a year ago, I went to ReederChevrolet to get the power Unfortunately, once again, I can not leave zero stars. Therefore, it's a one star rating. About a year ago, I went to ReederChevrolet to get the power back glass on my 2011 Sierra repaired. Due to the incompetence of the service department, I arrived with a back glass that was closed but left the dealership with a back glass that wouldn't close in any form and with a quote of over $900.00 to be repaired. After leaving the dealership, I was contacted by the service department and told that the repairs could be made that day with junkyard parts. After speaking with another certified GM technician and told him the issue, he informed me that they mishandled the situation. Upon hearing this, I contacted GM customer service to rectify the problem. Praises go to the GM customer service team and the service department at Rusty Wallace Chevrolet for handling this issue. Upon talking to Reeder Chevrolet's service manager on the day that Rusty Wallace was doing the repairs, he told me that he wanted to resolve the issue. The solution was to pay for half of the part cost and to get 2 free oil changes in exchange for changing my negative review. I agreed to this proposal. Before this proposal, I had stated that I'd never do business with this dealership ever again. After what I thought was a genuine offer to rectify the problem, I decided to give them a second chance. Fast forward to a year later and I decided to give them another try. After looking at many options, we decided on the $66,000 Tahoe which was price reduced on the sale tag to $60,000 they had on their lot. I work for a company that provides discounts on new vehicles. I was informed that due to that discount, I would be paying the full sales tag price because it was a better deal than the discount price that I receive. On Chevrolet.com, they were offering a $1,000 cash allowance for Tahoes but this was taken off the original price and not the sale tag price. We were told to either pay the full sale tag price or to go buy it somewhere else. We decided to leave. Upon us telling them that we were leaving, Rick the sales manager came back to tell us since we were there and that it was a such a great deal, we should just go ahead and buy it. With his attitude and the way he handled the situation, we left anyway. Kudos goes to Xavier and Kevin for being on top of their game and helping us as much as they did. There's people at this dealership in key positions that's giving it a bad reputation. More

Spent a few hundred dollars with them Whatever you do don’t take your vehicle there to have your check engine light checked. They don’t have a clue. Spent a few hundred dollars with them guessing what the problem was and still not repaired. Caleb in the service dept is a joke and don’t have any clue what he is doing. Horrible experience. Will never go back there and will do all I can to hurt there businesses. More
Shame on Service The service department ruins this dealership!! Just hope and pray that if you buy a vehicle from here, you don't ever need their service department. DONT BE RUDE TO PEOPLE YOU WANT TO SELL TO! I was inquiring about a vehicle and a few days later they followed up with a message asking if I was still interested. I honestly told they that from I was inquiring about a vehicle and a few days later they followed up with a message asking if I was still interested. I honestly told they that from what I had seen for similar cars in the area and KBB value the ask price was too much. Well then they get rude with me basically calling me stupid, claiming that they have no idea where I got that information (only the most trusted and popular car research sites and my experience looking for this one specific make and model in the area, but whatever!). I believe this bad experience was a blessing in disguise however because I have seen many reviews saying that Reeders sells cars knowing the engine or transmission is bad. I can believe it because they do not respect their customers. More

The sales man was very nice and helped us find something we liked. When it came time to see how much they would give us for my trade in it was pretty low which was somewhat expected. After going back and forth with prices and deciding we were just going to look around more since this was the first place we had been the sales manager Brian came over to talk with me and my dad. He made it seem like he was offended that we didn't want to take what he offered for the car. He then proceeded to tell my dad how he was letting his family drive around in an unsafe vehicle because my abs light was on. This was the first dealership I have ever been to and left in tears because of the way we were talked to. Went next door and came home with a vehicle the same day sold by some of the nicest people. We spoke at length about my car with another service advisor sitting there. It was about a coolant leak. I knew it was he water pump I had another guy quote me on it and he was way too high. I took it in. He "fixed" it for $650 or so. I asked if he fixed the pump. He said no it was fine. Drove it 30 min and the light was back on with the coolant leak. Called and they told me to keep driving it awhile. The next week I went in and they took it in and said something was loose, I should be good now. Next day, more leaking. Took it back in and he wanted to charge me $1400 for the pump. I said no. You have a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Still dumping coolant, fix it. This Allen guy proceeded to scream at me on the phone. I went to his manager above him the "customer experience" manager jerry McDaniel. He is the most worthless person I have ever spoken to. I don't even know how he has a job. He wouldn't even return GMs phone calls, let alone mine. Pretty much to sum it up, this is a boys club to protect each other and screw you over. I would run and hide. This place is a bunch of sheisters who only want to scam you and don't know how to fix a car More
