Bought car March paid for with trade and cash out. Over 7 months later not title or registration. Thats not the bad part. They have told me I'll have it in 1-2 months once. 1-2 weeks 8 times, and 1-3 Over 7 months later not title or registration. Thats not the bad part. My brother traded in his Crosstrek in March of this year and purchased a used Outback. It’s been 7 months of double-speak and lies from this dealership and Ken Morrand and he still does not have the title f and purchased a used Outback. It’s been 7 months of double-speak and lies from this dealership and Ken Morrand and he still does not have the title for the car. Every time we call or go in, we have been told it is on its way. Mr. Morrand has been dishonest and aggressive towards my brother who has been more than patient as they have told him story after story. These have been deliberate lies! We have filed complaints with the DMV and the BBB. Turns out, there was a lien on the car and they knew it (all dealerships have to do a DAVE before they can sell a car). They should have made this right when they had the title application returned from the DMV on April 10. Instead, they lied to cover their mistake and have continued to lie and deceive my brother. Do NOT trust these people. Drive to Chico and stay far away from Subaru Redding. More
