ooking through the reviews it seems like this dealership is good at selling cars. But there service department is showing to be the worst in Redding! My mother in law had to have her car taken in mind you t is good at selling cars. But there service department is showing to be the worst in Redding! My mother in law had to have her car taken in mind you the car only has less than 40,000 miles. They have had it over two weeks, there sales keeps calling trying to get her to buy a new one when hers is already paid off and again has less than 40,000 miles. Every time she calls they just tell her they haven’t even looked at it yet ( they have had it over two weeks ). They keep messing with her on a loaner saying she was 5th on the list, then 3rd, now she is 6th. You email them and get no response. I feel they are dismissing her because she is an elderly female woman. She has missed 3 Dr. appts already and can’t miss anymore so now is having to start scheduling Ubers and come out of pocket when she only gets social security. More

Worst mistake was buying a vehicle from this lot. I’ve had nothing but problems with my car since I bought it. I’ve owned the car for 1 year and my remote start has never worked and has been taken in I’ve had nothing but problems with my car since I bought it. I’ve owned the car for 1 year and my remote start has never worked and has been taken into service to be worked on more then once with no fix. Took the vehicle in for an oil change last week and now my vehicle is overheating and I’m unable to drive it. I would refrain from purchasing a car from them. They are all nice during the purchasing part but not helpful when it comes to service. Worst mistake was to buy from them. More

I've purchased several vehicles at other dealerships in Redding, but I was very pleased that my recent purchase of a 2020 Kia Sportage EX was by far t I've purchased several vehicles at other dealerships in Redding, but I was very pleased that my recent purchase of a 2020 Kia Sportage EX was by far the best buying experience all around. Our salesman Luke was knowledgeable, polite and efficiently matched our desires and wants with existing inventory. The deal was negotiated smoothly and the sales contract consummated quickly even though it was well after closing time. Thank you, Redding Kia! More
No regard for potential buyers outside the Redding area I went to the website for this dealership as they had two 2019 Kia Soul's in Carribean Blue that I was particularly interested in purchasing. Weirdly, the website advised that I needed to call to get the final price of the vehicle. I filled out the online request for information and heard back from someone within a few hours. The gentlemen with whom I spoke asked for my specific location. I advised that I was in Portland, OR and was doing some price comparisons related to the vehicle listed on his dealership website and information I had located with another dealer. He immediately sounded disinterested, but later indicated that he would forward the price of the vehicle to me via e-mail. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THEM!!! After reading several of the Yelp reviews, perhaps it was all for the best. Nonetheless, two days later I made the fateful decision to drive up to Car Pros Kia (Tacoma) and worked out a great deal on the trade-in of my 2015 Kia Soul for the 2019 Kia Soul I originally wanted. I'm always amazed at how places like this manage to stay in business when treating potential customer's with such disregard. It's too bad really! I was willing to make the drive from Portland, OR to Redding, CA provided the price was within my budget. You've already lost my business and based upon the reviews I'm seeing online, it does appear you'll lose that of others as well... More

Took to another dealer and found out they did the alignment wrong. When I call and talked to the service manager he said tuff were not helping you I even had proof of there mess up. Needless to say $900.00 later it is done right at another dealer. They used to to a great dealer now since there service manager took over little bit ago it has gone down hill. If you don't want to take a chance on breaking down or having to pay twice for the same repair then Take your repairs to someone else. More

Service shop needs work. Took my car there under manufacturer warranty to have the glove box repaired and a recall repaired. Was told they needed to order parts, waited for the parts and it went in to get the repair completed. Came to pick my vehicle up and not only was the glove box not repaired (they ordered the wrong part) but they claim that my side view mirror simply fell off the vehicle while closing the door and that it was glued on. I purchased the vehicle used, so although this is possible I find it highly unlikely that with my opening and closing the door hundreds of times, my teenage kids opening and slamming the door, and my having he vehicle on the freeway for over 6000 miles didn't result in the mirror "simply falling off" they claim that it is my responsibility and they would repair the mirror that magically broke while the vehicle was in their shop for 430.00. Not happy, will never own a Kia product again. I've owned it 4 months and now it needs 4 trips to this shop because of their incompetence. More
