Redding Kia

We looked ALL OVER REDDING for a new mini-van. We were NOT picky about which mini-van, just that it was new. :o) We did not have good experiences at some "other" car dealers...my wife was lied to many tim NOT picky about which mini-van, just that it was new. :o) We did not have good experiences at some "other" car dealers...my wife was lied to many times (oh yes, it has rear air conditioning...when in fact it didn't....oh yes, we can sell it for $20199...no we never said that....). We walked into Redding Kia and it was a completely different experience. It was pouring rain and when my 7 month pregnant wife pulled in, a car salesman ran up to her car with an umbrella. They did not have the Kia Sedonas in stock, but had a 2011 used and she test drove that and loved it. Two salesman (Nemo Lopez and Donnie) drove to Marin County to pick up a 2012 Kia Sedona from another dealer. Redding Kia is HONEST and will go the EXTRA MILE (literally) for their customers. There is a sign posted all throughout the store: "Your Last Impression Is Our 1st Priority" The financing was done for us and got a better rate that the local credit union offered. They were running behind w/financing last night (new computer system) so we had more of a wait than usual but the salesmen did all they could to "entertain" us. From golf swing lessons, to guitar serenades, to free key rings for both of us... We highly recommend Redding Kia for all your car needs--new or used, this is the only place to be!
