They should have been more proactive with communication. I think a status email or text everyday would be nice. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Lorena was courteous and did her best to assist me, but the overall communication from the service department was unacceptable. After my vehicle was serviced, my steering wheel began making a noise that was not present before my appointment. Only after I called did Lorena speak with the technician and inform me that the technician had noticed components were not properly bolted due to a prior break-in. I was never told this while my vehicle was at the dealership. I also emailed Mr. Rivera regarding my concerns and have been ignored. As a customer, I expect transparency and timely communication, especially when a technician identifies an issue that could affect my vehicle after a repair. Instead, I am now being asked to return and spend more of my time for a problem that I was never warned about. I expect better communication, accountability, and a resolution to this issue. More
