The service advisor, speed, and process as a whole for my quick oil change service was great. My only complaint would have been the lack of customer service I received at the cashier window. It was without pleasantries like a proper greeting, please/thank you, or even a “have a great day.” It felt as though I was inconveniencing the cashier and their time by being at their window. While I was unhappy that my Hybrid had a battery failure at approx. 6,000 miles, and that Hyundai didn't have the battery in stock locally, meaning I had a 5 day wait.
