I took my car in for the AC to be looked at. I just bought it less than 3 weeks ago from a different place. It is a 2022 with 30,000 miles. I told them it blows warm air for the first few minut I just bought it less than 3 weeks ago from a different place. It is a 2022 with 30,000 miles. I told them it blows warm air for the first few minutes and then takes about 15 minutes to reach peak coldness. After they had it for over 24hrs, I called to check on it. They make you deal with one person. If they are busy or not there, too bad. I left messages to be called back and all I got was texts when they did respond. They tested me a "needed maintenance" page stating my battery and cabin air filter needed to be replaced because they "failed" inspection. When I asked the service tech what was the failure (I did not approve the work to be done) she said "oh, they just look at the mileage and put on there what should be done around that time. Don't worry about it". If hadn't just bought the car, I would have been out a few hundred dollars as their recommendation was to replace them. What a COMPLETE SCAM! They found nothing wrong with the AC. When driving my car home, I noticed a few odd things. 1. My seat was completely readjusted. 2. My rear view mirror was moved. 3. My driver side mirror was also moved. 4. My headlights had been turned off(i keep them in auto). 4. My car mysteriously has about 80 miles more on it than when I dropped it off. For what exact reason does all that need to happen??? Cause I can only think of one! One of them used MY CAR as a personal vehicle while they had it!! I will light my car on fire before I EVER go back there again!!!! More
