Took vehicle in for a recall and an oil change. Appt was at 9:00. I arrived on time, did not leave dealership almost 1:00 pm. Came home and opened hood. The service advisor, speed, and process as a whole for my quick oil change service was great. My only complaint would have been the lack of customer service I received at the cashier window. It was without pleasantries like a proper greeting, please/thank you, or even a “have a great day.” It felt as though I was inconveniencing the cashier and their time by being at their window. It left a sour taste in my mouth. I have decided to give the dealership one more opportunity before I decide not to return. More
