Lack of communication after purchase. No follow through on any of the agreements that were made for the car that I purchased. My experience was a little mixed. The work on the car was fine, but communication was sparse and I felt that I was not sure what the timeframe for the repair would be. The problem first had to be diagnosed then repaired (if necessary) so I understood that the total time needed was dependent on the nature of the repair needed, but there was not much communication to keep me informed about the progress. I should mention that I was able to get a ride home after dropping the car off at the dealer and the driver of the shuttle was very personable and provided good service. More

Took vehicle in for a recall and an oil change. Appt was at 9:00. I arrived on time, did not leave dealership almost 1:00 pm. Came home and opened hood. The service advisor, speed, and process as a whole for my quick oil change service was great. My only complaint would have been the lack of customer service I received at the cashier window. The entire exchange between the cashier and I felt coarse and dry. It was without pleasantries like a proper greeting, please/thank you, or even a “have a great day.” It felt as though I was inconveniencing the cashier and their time by being at their window. It left a sour taste in my mouth. I have decided to give the dealership one more opportunity before I decide not to return. More
