This was a repeat trip for a very unusual problem. After I explained the strange symptoms my car was experiencing, the service rep made sure all those items were thoroughly documented in her notes. The service technician took all the input and through detective work uncovered the problem, a chafed wire. He successfully repaired the wire and sealed up the bundle, and ensured the problem was fixed on the subsequent test drive. I'm very happy with the overall service experience, and the result. It took time, and was not something an inexperienced team would have fixed. Kudos to the entire service team. More
I've brought two cars here and they did amazing work with both of them. The advisors always knew where my car was and where we were at with my parts. Service was good, but my service advisor did not keep in touch. Estimated wait time of 2 hrs and sent me a text with a phone number to contact him. At 3 hrs, I texted him. Nothing back. I call him 20 mi touch. Estimated wait time of 2 hrs and sent me a text with a phone number to contact him. At 3 hrs, I texted him. Nothing back. I call him 20 minutes later. Voicemail and no return call. Then spoke with another service advisor and got my car 15 minutes later. My original advisor informed me it was ready, but no apology for not replying to my text or call. Not acceptable to not keep me informed when the time us almost double the estimate. More

Was disappointed when we made an appointment and when checked in was told “there’s a few in front of me and it’ll still be an hour and a half to two hours.” I’ve always believed that making an appointmen checked in was told “there’s a few in front of me and it’ll still be an hour and a half to two hours.” I’ve always believed that making an appointment is the best course of action; however, doesn’t seem to be the case with your service department.
