It was really quick and pretty painless car proccess. The whole team was nice and easy to work with unlike the red mcombs on i10 which I went to the night before. Approved a quote for $629. 74. Arrived to pick up the car and the bill was $767.48 with no explanations. After 20 minutes that said the would honor the approved quote, but then 74. Call the service manager and said they would correct the charge but was not done on my CC. Said would send a refund check…not proof that has been done. Very scammy fraudulent dealership. More

You know you can get me the best rate and payment on the very first step but instead we waste time, and patience providing horrible payment amounts, terms with no rate info . We have literally purchased. 10 new vehicles in the last 15 years. Literally purchased 2 from the same dealer same date. its The Same treatment except for 1 dealership up north Longo Toyota of Prosper. They listen and came direct with the best rate, payment figure, terms Etc. More
The sales staff is very good and seems to know all about the cars and SUVs that are in stock. I told Lee my salesman what I wanted and he found it for me.
