I've purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. I've sent 2 family members to buy a vehicle there. This time I reached out and inquired about getting a newer vehicle for the same or less than what I've sent 2 family members to buy a vehicle there. This time I reached out and inquired about getting a newer vehicle for the same or less than what I was paying. The answer, of course was yes. The vehicle I purchased is 2 years newer, the same model, but actually feels like a step down. The monthly payment was NOT the same or less. I was promised a luggage rack that took 3 months to receive and install. The salesman completely ignored phone calls, voicemail messages and texts. Once I took the car, they didn't care about me anymore. I have never experienced this before from this dealership and I don't know that I would ever buy from there again. More

Think Sina's boss or whoever could've been more aggressive w/ reducing profit margins to give the customer a better deal, especially on the last day of the month. Unfortunately, I learned afterwards I could've saved at least another $1000. Also felt I didn't get enough for the trade. My buddy saw y'all's listing for the trade-in, and he said: "looks like they are trying to get rich off of you." This all doesn't sit well with me. Sina was good though, so the dealership is lucking out here cause I'm rating Sina as part of this. My advice to Sina's boss or whoever is to focus more on creating returning customers (think multiple purchases) versus trying to maximize profits for a single purchase. Work smarter, not harder.
