In the past, I have been pleased, but this visit was very disappointing. I was told my wiper blades were in very poor condition. They were only a month old, like new, and were high end blades. If my wife had disappointing. I was told my wiper blades were in very poor condition. They were only a month old, like new, and were high end blades. If my wife had brought the vehicle in, she would probably have said replace them. It makes me question the need for other recommended work. I am not pleased with the dealership at this time. More
