Came early for a 10:00 AM appt, for an oil change. Jeremy Bell took our car immediatly, explained the need for a tire rotation. We had two discounts available and received both. The check engine light was on in my RX8 so I brought it in for a code check. I was expecting the $100 fee that I was quoted. What I did not expect was waiting two hours. I was the first car in, at 7am, and in for a code check. I was expecting the $100 fee that I was quoted. What I did not expect was waiting two hours. I was the first car in, at 7am, and didn't get out until after 9am. I don't mind paying the cost for dealer service but I do take exception to the fee AND the poor customer service. They did note that my tire was low on air. And then didn't fill it with air. This is an unacceptable level of service for a Mazda dealership. More
