Chris was great, he was patient and not pushy at all. He not only treated my wife and I with respect, he was also great with our 5 and 3 year old children when we came back later in the day. I went in to Ray Skillman today with full intention of buying a new car. Beforehand I had researched just about every car, color, and dealership so I knew exactly what I wanted. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Bryan. Bryan was very nice and assured me we were going to find exactly what I wanted. He was right!!! I was able to trade in my old car and buy a brand new 2013 Mazda 6 (it's BEAUTIFUL!) with no trouble. As a recent college graduate with a brand new teaching job, I was a little nervous as this is my first big purchase that I am making as an adult! Bryan put me at ease and was able to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget. I am very pleased with the service I received today at Ray Skillman. I was also helped by Mike and Tim. Best car buying experience ever! Chris, Mike and Jeff are great. The each took the time to make sure I knew all my options before making a purchase. During delivery of my car, Chris went through and showed me short videos on how to use all of the options on my car. We then went to the car and he made sure I fully understood all of the options. He took the time to set up my satellite radio service and my bluetooth phone feature. They even had a bow on my car!! I felt like they had rolled out the red carpet! They have a customer for life! Nothing felt right until we got into a 2013 Mazda CX-5. We started at a different Mazda dealership, but the price was not right, they thought they could push us around because we were young. We arrived at Ray Skillman NE Mazda about 45 minutes before they closed. Bryan Baker met us and showed us what he had on his lot. We knew what we wanted, but he did not have it on the lot. He was very helpful and in about ten minutes did a few searches and found our dream car. We were able to talk price and Ray Skillman beat the other dealership by over $1,000, even when the other dealership was "losing money". Luckily for us we found Ray Skillman NE Mazda. Bryan Baker was very helpful, and I would reccommend anyone to go talk to him or anyone else at the dealership. They were all so helpful in our first car buying experience. I went to several dearships to try and find a car. Because I don't have very good credit. I told cham what I had to work with and where I worked. I was very impressed at the way that both Cham and Jeff worked with me to get a vehicle in my budget. I didn't like the wait so much but that is part of buying a car. But I will tell u that I will recommend buying a car from Ray Skillman NE to all my freinds and family. It was a very relieved to get the car that I got. Plus my mom found the car she has been looking for unfortunately she couldn't get it right yet because of selling her house. But once that is done i'm pretty sure she will get it.
