Joshua came out an hour after close on Saturday while we're looking in the lot and asked if he could help even though the lot was closed. We liked that he took the time to do this off hours and he was very polite. We came back on Monday evening and he was with another client (who he also sold a camaro that evening), he noticed us waiting and addressed us as soon as he got a break with the other client. He got us the keys to the vehicle we were interested in and said we could take it for a long test drive and that would allow him to work with the other client. We were gone for about 35 minutes and returned. We were interested, but had to pickup the kids. We asked if he would be there later and he said yes. We left and returned around 8:15. He was just finishing up with the camaro and answered several questions for us. We made an offer that was low but fair, since we already had a competitor's offer for a year newer Armada. He worked with us on the trade and made it happen. We have driven it all week and are very pleased with the vehicle, the deal, and Joshua's customer focus. More

Let me tell you about my man Cham. I am 22 years old, with 0 experience in buying a car for anything above $2,000 cash. Cham first showed me a car that I fell in love with, used with 80,000+ miles. Cham told me that he would do all he could to find me another car if not better, for the same price. He tried to get a bank to approve me for a loan overnight, but i prepared for a no. He called me the next day and said he and the finance manager worked all night and day with the bank, and got me approved for a brand new car!! I couldn't belive what I was hearing, he told me he could do it for the same monthly and down payment. I know that not everyone can relate to this story, but the persistance and amazing customer service by Cham went above and beyond the usual. Bryan was right there as we pulled in...He took us inside and worked with my sister who needed a car.. I must say he was very hospitable and understanding.. He even got her the car with the color she wanted and worked with my sister who needed a car.. I must say he was very hospitable and understanding.. He then worked with her to get the right payment for her and the trade-in.. Always cordial no pressure, allowed us to leave for lunch and return , while he worked on getting everything together... We returned and there was her car in front and they worked the terms out . Allowed her to take the car and drive home to Anderson with proof of address to be faxed to him.... on Monday.. She and my wife and I were so happy for her. This was her first new car ever at 52 . He truly was a blessing for her and us... Thank you for such a wonderful experience and a beautiful person that knew what it meant for her. Relief from a trade in that was at times a problem for her and her work...
