I went to Ray Skillman Mazda just to look around. I wasn't there to purchase a car, yet. I met a very attentive man named Tim Young. He was very instrumental in my decision to purchase a vehicle. Cham was fantastic! He was super friendly and respectful. He asked us what we wanted and he went straight for it, did not lead us around on anything we were not interested in. This is really funny,My husband and I went with my nephew and his girlfriend to look at her a new car,we went to the dealership and she didnt like the car after all. When we turned in we went to the wrong side of the building.So we had to go more to the side of the building to turn around .When we turned around my husband said ,I need to you back up,I think i just saw the vehicle i've been thinking about buying.So we backed up ,He jumped out and started looking this vehicle over.There wasnt any price on the SUV.I said probley wasnt for sale.Here came Cham With a smile on his face he asked if he could help us.We told him the story .And that we wanted to drive the vehicle.He went to get the keys,Didnt take him long at all.Drove the vehicle,came back and said lets make a deal. so we went in to see what kinda deal we could get. We came to the dealership once and were not able to agree on the price of the vehicle. I have to say that at one point Cham brought a manager over to speak with us.
