Trying to buy my first car was a nightmare UNTIL I ended up at this Ray Skillman. I had bad credit and little money to put down on a car and the other 7-8 dealers I went to couldn't help me or couldn't get up at this Ray Skillman. I walked onto this lot not expecting a good result and thankfully I was completely wrong. Josh was such a great guy to work with and really did help me get into a car I liked and could afford. I didn't feel like I was rushed/pushed into getting something I hated like a few other places tried to do. Another thing I loved is that he was honest with me from start to finish; didn't try to sugar-coat anything. Everyone that worked there was friendly and just made the place seem comfortable. I will definitely be buying my next car (and all others) from Josh and send anyone else needing a car over to him. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Josh specifically. More

Alright so I guess I will start from the top of the ratings and work my way down. 1. Customer Service Nothing special here. They showed me a few options within my price range and eventually got me t ratings and work my way down. 1. Customer Service Nothing special here. They showed me a few options within my price range and eventually got me to commit to a new Mazda 3. The one thing that really detracted from the experience was the lack of knowledge the Salesman had about the used cars on the lot. There was also a 3 hour wait to finalize the deal with the finance guy... 2. Quality of Work Once I had picked the car they did a good job at filling out the appropriate paperwork and walking me through the options and pricing. 3. Friendliness Didn't really notice much out-of-the-way friendliness. Much more business like. 4. Overall Experience Was really hurt because I had to spend 5 hours in the dealership. This was because they only had one finance guy with a buggy computer. Mind you that I was there on a Friday and there were only about 3 other customers there at the same time. They really should look at getting another finance person and a few less sales reps. 5. Price The price is what it is. The dealership did a decent job at getting me something within their price range. More
