I was so nervous to purchase a new car! Tonya was so easy to work with through the Internet Sales!! She was so friendly and knew exactly what I needed to be able to get me in my car as quickly as possible! S to work with through the Internet Sales!! This review is to inform you of the recent experience I have had dealing with Ray Skillman Mazda. Not to mention the buying process was horrible (I can explain that situation to you if you are interested) have had dealing with Ray Skillman Mazda. Not to mention the buying process was horrible (I can explain that situation to you if you are interested) So I test drove a 2003 Honda Accord. I heard some noises and had some concerns. Harry the sales rep I was working with assured me that service would look at it before I left. After waiting what seemed like forever they said the car was good to go. I purchased the car. The day AFTER purchasing the car it wasn't starting well and was making a very odd sound that my co worker pointed out to me. I called Harry and he said to bring it in so after work (I didn't get off until after 6 and had to get my kids so I wasn't able to even make it there until 7) dropped off my car and Harry put me into a Pontiac G6. I only had that a couple of days before the alarm system kept going off whenever the key wasn't in the ignition. Soooo AGAIN brought the car back to get a red van. I only had that a couple days then DIED on me so had to wait in the cold for someone from your dealership to get me (I was on Pendleton pike and shadeland stuck in a turn lane) after over a half hour someone finally came to get me. I then spoke to Mike a manager because at this point I was very angry. Harry kept telling me my car I purchased would be done and I would call to get an update only to find out it wouldn't be that day and Harry never knew anything. Mike put me in a mazda which worked well (obviously because it was a brand new car) After over a month I finally get my car back ( Picked it up on 1/20/14) Drove it and was very upset that it was still having trouble starting. I called Harry who had Don, the service manager call me. Don thought maybe it was my battery. I explained that I work 11 hour days and I have Friday off so we could bring it in on Friday. Yesterday it wouldn't start and after 20 mins of trying to start the car it FINALLY started. I had to leave work early to get the battery done so my car would start today. I went outside this morning to start my car and it wouldn't start. My co worker had to take time out of her morning to come and get me to say the least we were both very late to work. I have contacted Mike whom directed me to Don... I need a car that is going to work not a car that it will be a gamble if it will work from day to day. More
I'm a returned customer since 2012. I purchased a 2013 Mazda Cx 5 in June 2012. I love the way it drives and all the exciting features the vehicle offers. I returned recently to upgrade to the 2014 M 2013 Mazda Cx 5 in June 2012. I love the way it drives and all the exciting features the vehicle offers. I returned recently to upgrade to the 2014 Mazda CX 5 because I wanted the AWD and car starter. One of the advantages of trading in my 2013 for the 2014 was the engine is now bigger (2.5). I could have traded my 2013 Mazda CX 5 with another dealership but wanted to return to the same dealer. They are so down to earth. Family oriented. Willing to help at an instant. Bryan Baker the sales consultant is always eager to assist with anything that comes his way. He will even go the extra mile to assist even when not at the dealership. Has a great personality. Honestly, the whole dealership including the service dept does a tremendous job in helping their customers feel welcome. I give this dealership a big thumbs up and 10 stars.. I would recommend to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. Red carpet all the way. Great job goes to all. More

When I got there, I was immediately assigned a saleman who took me on a test drive of the specific vehicle I was interested in. S calls and emails. I had a great purchasing experience with this dealership. As soon as we entered the showroom we were made very comfortable. Bryan explained our options in detail. He talked to us and listened and used that to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. Jeff Bragg was very instrumental in getting us affordable financing. He was very courteous and understood our concerns. Mike was very nice and offered any assistance that we needed. We had originally talked to Tonya on the phone and she was very instrumental in getting us to Bryan to accomplish what we needed. It came down to me needing a car that was reliable and fuel efficient and Bryan knew exactly which car would be right for me. He took us on a very detailed tour of the car and it's many options. Overall I would say that it was the best car buying experience that I have ever had and will most definitely recommend this dealership and Bryan in particular to any one interested in a vehicle. More
