Good car buying experience with Oscar F Note: I did a cooling down period before I wrote this review today. Initially I went in on Saturday to get an oil change on my 2010 Mazda3 Hatchba Note: I did a cooling down period before I wrote this review today. Initially I went in on Saturday to get an oil change on my 2010 Mazda3 Hatchback. While I was waiting I requested to test drive the 2014 Mazda3 Hatchback. During my drive Oscar Francis was informative and knowledgeable about his product. There was no pressure from him for me to buy. Before I went in to close the deal on 15Aug2015 I spent the whole week doing my homework. I looked up dealerrater.com, google, citysearch, and other websites to see what costumers says about Ray Skillman NorthEast Mazda and its car salesmen. I focused on the negative comments and, of course, positive comments. I went to KBB, Edmunds, Cars, Truecar, MazdaUSA, etc. to see what my car was worth, what tricks they will employ to screw me over and take my hard earned money. During the week I exchanged texts and emails with Oscar F in regard to pricing, taxes, fees, options, title, etc. We agreed on the prices before I went into Ray Skillman’s Mazda to get my car on 15Aug2014. When I went to sign papers to get my new car there was no tricks or bait and switch. The deal was straightforward. Everything from taxes, title, and trade-in value of my previous car, options, and fees were all listed as we agreed upon in the email exchange. There was no pressure for me to buy unnecessary accessories for the car. Oscar F even gave me a free accessary! A plus!!! When all said and done, it took about 3 hours to get my car, from signing papers with Oscar F, signing papers with the finance department, and to getting my car and do a walk-around. Oscar F helped setup my blue tooth, satellite radio, navigation and other basic car stuff. Overall, I had a good/great car buying experience with Oscar F. I didn’t feel like I was being screwed over. I didn’t have that lingering little voice in my head that tells me that I’m being taken advantage of or buyer’s remorse when one buys something this expensive. As always do your homework! Would I recommend this dealership and Oscar Francis the car salesman? Yes, based on my experience. More

Same Great Service With Josh I recently worked with Josh for a second time, to purchase my second Mazda. Just like the first time, his customer service was excellent! I was looking for specific options in the car that I wanted. What I wanted wasn't available at the NE location, so Josh found what I wanted (in a different state I might add), and had it delivered to me in a matter of 24 hours. I recommended him to a friend, after my first purchase (who also purchased a car with him) and I will continue to recommend him to others that are in the market for a new or used car. He's great!
