I love car shopping, but hate the ridiculous sales tactics of car dealerships. Most treat the consumer like an idiot and we do the dance until we meet somewhere in the middle. Didn't happen that way with Will and Mike. I let Mike know what I could do as far as the trade in value and had done research on their vehicle so I knew what they needed to hit to make it happen. Will and I walked around the lot looking at other sweet cars while Mike figured it out with the manager. No sitting and wait game. Got it done and out the door quick. Tim Havely stayed late to process the financing as quickly as possible. Would drive all the way to work with them again. Recommend them to anyone. More
