The communication was poor, not giving any updates until the department is near closing. Went 5 days without transportation waiting for a diagnosis. I had two parts come one after the other about 3 weeks apart. I had waited too long after the second part arrived, over 3 weeks, to schedule and they sent part umber one back. So apart. I had waited too long after the second part arrived, over 3 weeks, to schedule and they sent part umber one back. So for the second time I I spent a few hours at the dealership lounge ... I think they could have made a little more of an effort to find me, I know I was talking to a salesman outside, but if they had come and found me and told me I would have known much sooner that they weren't going to do the job that day So that's all ... overall it's a great place, we just lost two-way communication there about the the parts being on hand or not. More
