I was interested in a Honda Ridgeline which they did not have one available at that time. I spoke to Maria and she explained that one should be coming in sometime in August. Zach our sales guy was great. He went the extra mile, so glad to have bought the car through him. What disappointed us so much was how quickly we had to replace all 4 tires on a "Certified Used Honda". We do drive a lot in a year, but bought the car in July and by early February with about 12k miles started hearing some horrible sounds in the front end. Not thinking it would be tires (how could that be) I pulled over to a tire place to take a look. First told the front tires were totally wore out and put on in reverse (yes they can do that). Second they were cheap tires. By July going into another Honda dealer to get oil change, they told me I need to replace the other 2 tires right away, and contact the dealer who sold me the car. I contacted Ray Price Honda and they would not do a thing. Manager never even called to apologize. Never thought we would be out almost $1000.00 on tires and alignment on a car we just purchased that year. As I shared with Zach (again great guy) "We won't do business with a place that is fine with making thousands off a purchase but not willing to put a few extra hundred into better service or trying to fix the situation." Been driving Hondas since 1985 and our 5 kids have all driven Hondas too! We thought we had found a great place not too far away. We will look elsewhere next time. Plenty of other dealers out there.
