BEST car buying experience I've ever had I used to think that ALL dealerships are THE SAME. I WAS WRONG. I found myself unexpectedly in the market for a replacement vehicle & I was not look I used to think that ALL dealerships are THE SAME. I WAS WRONG. I found myself unexpectedly in the market for a replacement vehicle & I was not looking forward to the whole ordeal. You know how it normally goes- the typical runaround, the stressful negotiations back and forth, the games that most dealers play, not to mention the endless hours the whole process can take from start to finish as if your time isn't valuable. I did my research online, decided more or less what I was looking for and then went to check out Ray Price Honda. They had an excellent selection of inventory available, but mostly I was impressed with the way I was treated by salesperson Felix Cruz. He went above and beyond, delivered exceptional customer service & was friendly and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns, demonstrating his extensive product knowledge. He made me feel at ease & made the whole buying experience surprisingly pleasant. I drove off in a brand new Accord with extra bells and whistles that I wasn't even looking for because Felix made it happen! I'm just so glad I made Ray Price my first stop and that I didn't waste time by going somewhere else. I will never go to another dealership again! I already told my brother where I'm bringing him when his current lease is about to be up in a few months. I'm going to send all my friends and family to go see Felix whenever they need a vehicle.
