My insurance company did offer rental coverage but with a total loss on my vehicle, it was much shorter than I had expected. I was in a pinch to find anything to drive but knew that my credit was terrible. On a late Saturday afternoon, I walked around the lot at Ray Price in East Stroudsburg and there were a few cars that caught my eye. This was the first time I had done any car shopping without knowing what type of vehicle I wanted. As I walked toward the show room, Alex came out to greet me. I explained my situation and he wasted no time - he went to a financial specialist within the dealership to discuss any options I might have had for leaving with a car - no success for that day. Monday I received a call from Alex saying they had gone over everything and found a car I could get. By late Wednesday I was leaving the dealership with a car that was only three years old with normal mileage for its age. From start to finish, Alex listened to everything I said and really went above and beyond to make sure this car was a good fit for me. More
