Didn't have a long wait time I give the price for an oil change 2 stars because the price is too high for an oil change. They went out of their way. I had a cold weather intermittent problem with electronics locking out the screen. I do forensic electronics and understand these could be difficult t I had a cold weather intermittent problem with electronics locking out the screen. I do forensic electronics and understand these could be difficult to find. Catching it at the right moment was tough. When I caught it I just popped in. They had to take pictures of the screen to show what the problem was. This happened a few times. Then we set a service date and it just happened to be working fine. Finally in the second service date they caught it by keeping it overnight so the cold would get at it. (Contracting metals opens a circuit). The "stack" had to be replaced. The only disappointment was that I didn't get offered a loaner. It was 3 days without my car. More
