Pretty typical warranty service experience. I have an issue with my panoramic sunroof rattling. I was told that it might not be covered under warranty as wiring is not something covered by the I have an issue with my panoramic sunroof rattling. I showed how the sunroof doesn’t seem to sit flush and the border seems off so I wasn’t worried about wiring. After they checked it out and confirmed the noise I was told it was a headliner issue which would require an extensive investigation to find the cause including the removal of the windshield to drop the headliner. He again told me it may not be covered by warranty as something could have come loose or again it could be wiring so in either case that wouldn’t be covered. There’s no way this is headliner related and this dealer just seems to be spending their energy trying to discourage me following through with the repair. I was also told I would have to pay a $199.00 diagnostic fee even though it’s still under warranty. More
