I had one truly awful experience when I bought my car at this dealership and wrote a review that wasn't favorable to the dealer and sent me their response thanking me for the feedback and said We apologize this dealership and wrote a review that wasn't favorable to the dealer and sent me their response thanking me for the feedback and said We apologize for your negative experience. Please reach out to our General Manager, George.". So I did send George an email asking him to call or email me back and when he didn't do either, I called the dealership and asked to speak to him. Their response was that he was running late and would contact me back later that morning. Well that was a week ago and I'm not sure where to go from here, but it looks like now that I have already bought the car, they don't think I'm worthy of another response. Unfortunately, I have another issue with my car not having a remote start on the Dodge App that they said I would have, but this car does not. I spoke with Guardian XM whose app this is and they said the dealership never installed the remote start kit and I don't want to bring it back to them to fix it. I think I would rather pay another dealership to make this right, than give them the satisfaction of getting more of my business after being treated like a second hand object that isn't worth fixing. I don't like being this guy, but everyone who reads reviews before they buy should know what this dealership does and thinks about their customers. Patrick did a great job reaching out about my oil change package I wished to purchase. Jeep when you email a survey please indicate what the survey is for. I was accused of leaving my dome light on that effect my Jeep start stop function. I never use it and it had stopped working after 2 oil changes that was performed.
