Chrissy and the whole dealership did a great job helping me get a difficult warranty repair covered. Another local dealership had reported that I bought I lower mileage warranty on my used car. Ray’s servic me get a difficult warranty repair covered. Another local dealership had reported that I bought I lower mileage warranty on my used car. Ray’s service department went above and beyond helping me get back on the road when the other dealer mis-stated the coverage I bought and tried not to pay the claim. In the end Ray did an awesome job fixing my transmission and in the they helped me get the previous dealership to pay the almost $10,000 service bill. Ray and Chrissy are great to work with.
